Retained Search is a service option that offers a dedicated project team assigned to your search until completion. Retained Search is utilized at all levels when the need is critical. Our replacement guarantee is 15 to 25 months. All recruited candidates are exclusively for the client for 90 days. General Terms and Conditions of retained search are:

Search Process
• 1/3 due upon signing contract
• 1/3 due upon presentation of short list
of candidates
• 1/3 due upon candidate acceptance
• Service charge is a percentage of the estimated first year's compensation
Priority Search is utilized for positions that must be filled quickly and require thorough, professional search in the marketplace. A project coordinator is assigned to the client until the position is filled. Replacement guarantee is for 12-15 months dependent on the payment option selected and candidate exclusivity is guaranteed for 60 days. General Terms & Conditions of priority search are:

• One Quarter to One third due upon signing contract
• Service charge is a percentage of the estimated first year's compensation
• Full payment of balance due on placement

Large Project Search is an option that may be right for a company needing to hire multiple candidates in a specified period of time. We will organize a Large Project Team from among national and/or international affiliates so that we can fill your openings with qualified candidates quickly. Replacement guarantee is 90 days. Terms and conditions of project search are negotiated on an ICB (Individual Case Basis). Large Project Search is always on a Retained bases. This search will include our 24 step and search process.
