At Anvil Search Group we understand that each Client is different. While price should never be the determining factor in Recruiter selection we believe in a flexible structure for our clients that reflects their particular and unique stage of business, business strategy, and needs.

Some of the Fee Options are reflected below. We are always open to considering each clients special circumstances and are committed to devising products that will work. We also provide a safe-harbor for our client's precious engagement fee dollars.

Safe Harbor for our Client's Fees

We will provide our clients a safe-harbor for their Retained Search Engagement and Short List Fees by:

•  Providing our clients with a credit for any amount previously paid for any reason if we do not complete the search.

•  Providing our clients the ability to withdraw from a search at any time and still receive full credit for engagement fee payment.

•  Providing our clients the ability to fill the position from within and still receive full credit for a future search.

Payment Plan Options

Option 1 – Twenty-Five/Seventy-Five
Guarantee – 1 year.
25% Engagement Fee at the start of the search.
Remainder when the search is completed.

Option 2 – One Third/Two Thirds
Guarantee - 15 months.
One-third Engagement Fee at the start of the search.
Remainder upon completion.

Option 3 – One-Third/One-Third/One-Third
Guarantee - 25 Months
One-third Engagement Fee, at start of search.
One third upon receipt of a “Short List” of candidates.
Final one third of Fee upon placement of candidate.
