The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) is the professional association that represents the staffing industry in the U.S and internationally. The NAPS Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certification program was created to ensure quality services by staffing industry professionals to the clients utilizing their services and to the general public. Of the hundreds of thousands of recruiters in the staffing industry since the 1960s only 12,000 plus have been certified by NAPS and gained the highest designation in the industry CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant).
